Fish Harbour VC Remanded for Extorting Money. KARACHI: The Vice Chairman of the Fishermen’s Cooperative Society (FCS), Sultan Qamar Siddiqui, was presented before the Anti-Terrorism Court (ATC) in Karachi on Thursday.

Where judges remanded the accused into Rangers custody on charges of extortion and target-killing.
Siddiqui was produced before court under strict security. Rangers informed the court that Siddiqui was involved in crimes of corruption, abetting terrorists, weapons smuggling, target-killing and extortion.
Rangers further alleged that Siddiqui sent 70 percent of the extortion money to Bilawal House, the political headquarters of the Pakistan People’s Party (PPP) in Karachi.
The ATC subsequently remanded the suspect into Rangers custody for 90 days. News Source
